Improv Playground (Ages 10-14)- $59/4 weeks

Class meets from 4-4:50pm every Monday.

Improv Playground! Mondays, 4-5pm

Students will learn the fundamental skills required for improvisational acting or "improv".  Improv is an unscripted form of theatre in which the dialogue and scenes enacted between the players are made up on the spot, often based on an audience suggestion.  The fundamental skills of improv include the following skills:

  • Teamwork
  • Making lasting friendships
  • Organization, memory, and concentration
  • Overcoming stagefright
  • Getting over shyness
  • Being focused and connected
  • Strong listening skills

This class focuses specifically on improv games to improve spontaneity, concentration, and creativity and reduce stagefright and shyness.
